Broker & Lender CRM
Applications, pipelines and client comms end to end - the AI-native workflow backbone every brokerage and lending team runs on. Deal files write their own summary and next actions as they move, built for speed to settlement.
We built this platform ourselves. It is here so you can see that we already know how your business works - and it can be delivered under your brand, or used as the starting point for modernising what you have.

What it does
Pipeline & workflow
- Stage board - Every application sits in a stage from Lead through Appointment, Fact Find and Submitted, and cards drag between stages to advance.
- Board or list - The same pipeline switches between a kanban board and a list, with filters for loan purpose, lender and assignee.
- Deal header - Each deal carries its loan purpose, loan amount, property value, LVR and chosen lender product at the top of every tab.
Compliance & evidence
- Document checklists - Required documents are grouped by assets, compliance, income and property, each tracked as requested, received or verified.
- Best interests duty evidence - The best interests duty rationale is recorded append-only against ASIC RG 273 and retained for seven years. Applies to residential mortgage broking.
- Products considered - Every rationale lists the products compared with their rates and the reason each one was rejected.
- Conflict disclosure - Panel status and disclosed upfront and trail commission are captured alongside the rationale.
Commissions
- Upfront and trail - Both commission types are tracked per deal with rate, amount and payment status.
- Clawback windows - Open clawback expiry dates are flagged against settled deals so exposure stays visible.
Clients & follow-ups
- Contact records - Borrowers, guarantors and referrers sit in one searchable list with income type and referral source.
- Open task queue - Follow-ups across every deal and contact appear in one list, with overdue items called out.
AI-native, built in
The AI capabilities built into the CRM, and what each one does. Nothing here is a bolt-on, and nothing reaches a client or a lender without a person approving it.
Deal summaries
AI-native by design: every deal carries a current plain-English summary - where it sits, what is outstanding and what happens next. It rewrites itself when the stage changes or a document lands, so the file is never stale.
Next-best tasks
The platform works out the three actions that would move a deal toward settlement fastest and writes them as real follow-ups against the deal automatically, marked as AI-suggested so your team can accept or dismiss them.
Missing information requests
When the document checklist has gaps, a client email is drafted listing exactly what is still outstanding. It waits in the deal as a draft - nothing is sent without a person.
Best interests duty rationale
A drafted RG 273 rationale for the best interests duty record, written from the products actually compared on the deal, for a broker to review and file.
