Lender Matching Engine
Policy rules and appetite matching - compare lenders, match applications, price the deal that actually settles. The application's summary and the winning lender's submission note write themselves automatically as the match changes.
We built this platform ourselves. It is here so you can see that we already know how your business works - and it can be delivered under your brand, or used as the starting point for modernising what you have.

What it does
Policy matching
- Rule-based scoring - Each lender is scored against the application, with the number of policy rules it passed shown beside it.
- Named fail reasons - Where a lender misses, the rule that stopped it is spelled out - funding band, loan type, whatever it was.
- Ranked shortlist - Lenders that fit sit at the top; the ones that do not are still listed with their reason.
Lender panel control
- Panel administration - An aggregator sets which lenders its brokers see, and a disabled lender never appears in the matcher no matter what rules it has.
- Loan-type coverage - Each lender records the loan types it takes - consumer auto, commercial auto, personal, residential mortgage.
- Rule counts per lender - The panel shows how many policy rules each lender carries and whether it is currently active.
From match to submission
- Select and submit - Any number of matched lenders can be ticked and submitted together from the application.
- Delivery mode per lender - API or emailed PDF is configured against the lender, not the deal.
- Matched against the live deal - The panel sits directly under the loan details it is matching, on an autosaving application.
AI-native, built in
The AI capabilities built into the Matching Engine, and what each one does. Nothing here is a bolt-on, and nothing reaches a client or a lender without a person approving it.
Application summaries
AI-native from the ground up: each application keeps a current summary of what it is, where it sits and what is outstanding. It regenerates on status changes, so anyone opening the file sees its real position immediately.
Lender notes
A submission note for the best-matched lender, written from the actual matching result - which policy rules passed and the score behind them. It is a draft for a broker to review and send, never transmitted automatically.
Why a lender was ruled out
For every lender a deal doesn't fit, a plain-English explanation is written from the actual policy rule that failed, so a broker can tell a client why rather than just pointing at a red cross. Regenerates whenever the matching result changes.
