Quote Engine
Quoting and calculation engines - rates, terms, repayments and on-road costs computed live as the deal is shaped, with an AI-native plain-English explainer written from those same figures for every saved quote.
We built this platform ourselves. It is here so you can see that we already know how your business works - and it can be delivered under your brand, or used as the starting point for modernising what you have.

What it does
Shaping the deal
- Three asset types - Car, truck and equipment deals are all quoted off the one form.
- Live inputs - Purchase price, deposit, term and balloon adjust on the left and the figures on the right move with them.
- State and use - The state and whether the deal is business or personal both feed the calculation.
Repayment maths
- Weekly, fortnightly, monthly - The same deal is shown at any repayment frequency.
- Full cost breakdown - Amount financed, balloon at end of term, total interest and total cost of credit are itemised, not just the repayment.
- Rate and comparison rate - The headline rate and the comparison rate are both carried against the quoted lender.
On-road costs
- Itemised by state - Stamp duty, registration and CTP are estimated separately for the state selected.
- Financed or paid upfront - On-road costs can be rolled into the amount financed or left as an upfront total.
Lender comparison & quote records
- Side by side - Rate, comparison rate, setup and monthly fees, repayment and total cost for every lender in one table.
- Best value flagged - The lender with the lowest total cost of credit is marked, so the comparison is decided on cost not rate alone.
- Ineligible lenders still shown - A lender the deal falls outside is greyed out with the policy reason - maximum balloon 30%, for instance.
- Saved quotes - Quotes are saved against a reference and customer, and carry a draft, saved or accepted status.
AI-native, built in
The AI capabilities built into the Quote Engine, and what each one does. Nothing here is a bolt-on, and nothing reaches a client or a lender without a person approving it.
Quote explainers
AI-native, not bolted on: every saved quote gets a plain-English explanation written for the customer - what the repayment and balloon actually mean, and why the leading lender came out ahead of the others. It is written from the same figures the quote was priced on, so it never drifts from the numbers.
Total cost rationale
A short note explaining why the total-cost winner in the lender comparison is best value - including the cases where it isn't also the lowest headline rate - written from the real rate, fee and total-cost figures the moment a quote is saved.
Client summary drafts
A ready-to-send email summarising the deal shape and monthly repayment in plain English, drafted from the same figures as the quote and held for the broker to review before sending.
